Summer Internship

• The mission of Digirobotics is to implement robotics solutions and make industrial process smarter and more advanced
• Had full exposure to an autonomous car project where I gained a wealth of knowledge about the different aspects
of converting an electric car to a driverless car.
• Worked on utilising a Kuka robotic arm for 3D printing and concrete printing. In which I have leaned how to use and programme a Kuka robot.
• Worked on developing the company's website

Portable holoscopic 3D camera adaptor for Raspberry Pi

Publications

Holoscopic 3D imaging (also known as Integral imaging) is a promising technique for capturing full colour spatial images using a single aperture holoscopic 3D camera. It mimics fly’s eye technique with a microlens array, which will view the scene at a slightly different angle to its adjacent lens that records three-dimensional information onto two-dimensional surface. To date, holoscopic 3D camera adaptors are designed and prototyped for a large scale SLR cameras. This paper proposes an innovative design solution for prototyping a holoscopic 3D camera adaptor for Raspberry Pi, which is a credit-card-sized single board computer. This proposed method extends utilisation of holoscopic 3D imaging and enables the expansion of the technology for various trends applications such as security, medical, entertainment, inspection, autonomous and robotics systems where 3D depth sensing and measurement are concern.

My Interests

• Always been fascinated and interested in technology since a young age, I love to try, read and hopefully soon invent a new tech product. Decided to become a tech reviewer on YouTube, started my channel 3 years ago in which I review tech product in Arabic that I think are unique and useful e.g. Smartpens, 3D printers, Gopro, robotic arms. (https://www.youtube.com/user/Mubta3athTech)

• Strong interest in 3D printing, managed to save up and buy my own, having owned one for 3 years now, I have tried different designs to print and still exploring the different materials you can print with i.e. ABS, PLA, Flexible filaments.

• 3D printing has become an essential tool for every project I work on. Used it on projects such as, designing and prototyping a concrete 3-D printing extruder, building my own CNC machine and other various projects.
